Abstract

Abstract : The objective of this research is to find out information about the effect of Professionalism, Employee Engagement, and Integrity, on Employee performance. The primary data for this survey research were collected bu using quesionnaires distributed to 133 employees of PAM JAYA at Jakarta. The data were analyzed statistically using path analysis. The result of hypothesis testing showed that all hypothesized were acceptable, it was conducted that : 1) Profesionalism has a positive direct effect on Employee performance, 2) Employee Engagement has a positive direct effect on Employee performance, 3) Integrity has a positive direct effect on Employee performance. Keyword : Professionalism, Employee Engagement, Integrity, Employee performance Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi tentang pengaruh Profesionalisme, Keterikatan Karyawan, dan Integritas terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Data primer untuk penelitian survei ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 133 karyawan PAM JAYA di Jakarta. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis dapat diterima, yang menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Profesionalisme berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Employee engagement (keterikatan karyawan) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Integritas berpengaruh langsung positif tentang kinerja karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Service Quality and Word of Mouth (WOM) on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Hijrah Insan Karima because at this time there have been many threats and competitors in the world of selling concrete and baja ringan iron. The subject in this study was the Histeel company that had been established since 2008. The total population studied in this study was 465,000 respondents. The sampling technique uses slovin formula and obtained a sample of 100 respondents, namely consumers PT. Hijrah Insan Karima. The statistical methods used in this study are the Classical Assumption test, Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, and Hypothesis Test. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality and Word of Mouth (WOM) simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Tested with multiple correlations, there is a simultaneous contribution value of R = 0.592 or 59.2% influential and 40.8% influenced by other variables and the results of the t test sig X1 value of 0.006 <0.05 and X2 of 0.000 <0.05 means Service Quality and Word of Mouth (WOM) variables influence Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Volume Penawaran Saham terhadap Risiko Sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan obyek saham-saham dalam kelompok JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk periode Januari hingga April 2020 dengan sampel jenuh (sensus sampling) sebagai metode. Terdapat 20 saham yang dipilih sebagai sampel. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan metode common effect. Penelitian menemukan hasil volume penawaran saham berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risiko sistematis. Kata kunci: Volume Penawaran Saham dan Risiko Sistematis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation and return on equity (ROE) on stock returns of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub sector in Indonesia in 2014-2019. The sample used in this study is annual data from 2014 - 2019. Hypothesis testing uses panel data regression analysis. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2019. The data used are secondary data with the documentation method. Before analyzing the data, a classic assumption test is held which consists of a normality test, a multicollinearity test, a heteroscedasticity test and an auto correlation test. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, inflation does not have a significant negative effect on the stock returns of the manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub sector and return on equity (ROE) has a significant positive effect on the stock returns of the manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work and training on employee performance (a case study at PT Ardena Artha Mulia in the production section). The number of samples is 50 employees, all of which are respondents in this study. The data technique used a questionnaire, the data were analyzed using the SPSS version 25 program. The analysis performed was regression and regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing partially work discipline has no effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0,108 > 0,05 and tcount 1,639 < 1,678. Partially job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 and tcount 5,112 > 1,678. The coefficient of determination (R2) for the work discipline variable is 0,317, meaning that it provides a contribution of the influence of work influence on employee performance by 31,7% and the remaining 68,3% from other factors such as: compensation, motivation, leadership style, and others. The coefficient of determination (R2) for the job training variable is 0,536, meaning that it provides a contribution of the effect of training on employee performance by 53,6% and the remaining 46,4% is influenced by other factors such as: work

Abstract

This research’s purpose is to know the effect of “Safety and Easiness Impact to Fintech’s Consumer Satisfaction” of Dana Application. This research had more than 35.000.000 population of DANA user, with sample of 96 respondents. The examination instrumental is by using validity and reliability test. Classical assumption test that used in this research is normality, multicorneallity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. Analytical method that used in this research is simple regretion, correlation, coefficient of determination and partial hypothesis testing, and t testing. Based on analytical data result and discussion, easiness is giving positive and significant impact to consumer satisfaction with thitung 8,699 < ttabel 1,661 with satisfaction level of 0,000 < 0,005, the correlation value is 0.668 which mean it have strong relation and coefficient of determination of 0,446 with percentage of easiness variable at 44,6% while the rest of value is effected by other factors. Partial safety gives positive and significant impact to consumer satisfaction with thitung 9,443 < ttabel 1,661 with significance level of 0,000 < 0,005, with correlation value at 0,698 which mean it have strong relation and coefficient of determination at 0,487 point with percentage of easiness variable at 48,7% while the rest of the value is effected by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the company and independent commissioners on intellectual capital disclosure with profitability as a moderating variable. The dependent variable in this study is disclosure of intellectual capital. While the independent variables in this study are company size and independent commissioners, while profitability is the moderating variable. The population in this study are companies listed on the Kompas 100 Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. Methods of data collection in this study using content analysis methods from 22 sample companies. To analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable with the panel data regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that company size has a positive effect on intellectual capital disclosure. Independent commissioners have a positive effect on intellectual capital disclosure. Profitability of the effect of company size on intellectual capital disclosure. Profitability is not able to influence the effect of independent commissioners on intellectual capital disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rates on Stock Beta in stocks listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2013-2019 period. The object of this research is the stocks that are consecutively included in the top 30 during the 2013-2019 period and always publish annual financial reports, namely 10 companies that are sampled. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the dividend payout ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rate variables have a significant effect on Stock Beta. Partially Payout Ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rate have a significant effect on Stock Beta. The coefficient of determination (R Square), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rate on Stock Beta is 41%. This shows that the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rate can explain 41% of Stock Beta, while the remaining 59% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador and Korean Wave on Online Shopping Interests. The study was conducted on regular students of the As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University and 96 respondents were obtained. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability tests. Normality test, multicolliniarity test and heterokedasticity test. The analysis conducted was regression and correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and t test. Based on the results of testing and discussion, partially Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on Online Shopping Interests with a significance level of 0.006 <0.05 and tcount 2.089> 1.985. Partially Korean Wave has a positive and significant effect on Online Shopping Interests with a significance level of 0.015 <0.05 and tcount 2.384> 1.985. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.274 means that the percentage contribution of the influence of Brand Ambassador and Korean Wave to Online Shopping Interests is 27.4% and the remaining 72.6% comes from other variables not examined.
